Best Tomb Raider Game for a New Player?

    Hey everyone,

    I’m new to the Tomb Raider series and want to start playing, but I’m not sure which game to begin with. I know there are the classic games, the Legend trilogy, and the newer reboot series, but I’d love some guidance from experienced fans.

    I enjoy action-adventure games with good storytelling, puzzles, and exploration. I don’t mind older graphics as long as the gameplay is fun. Should I start with the original 1996 game, or would a newer one like Tomb Raider (2013) be a better introduction? Also, are there any must-play titles in the series that I shouldn’t skip?

    I would recommend to start with the Remake of the first three games, or with Tomb Raider 2013, depending on what kind of gameplay you prefer. Old school, or new school.


    You cannot really make a mistake, however, I prefer a chronological approach.
