The advance hold/toggle doesn't seem to work on the ps2, most of my shots were still missing Amanda, in the end I had to re-set to the easy level, it still took ages but lara is much stronger and all the medi packs were still there from the guys you kill earlier, so eventually I was able to beat Amanda.
I really enjoyed this game, although it was a little short, they seem to have left it mid story so hopefully that means there will be another one.
