I haven't got the game yet, but I was just wondering, is it possible to turn off all those distracting hints? Like, I want to figure it out for myself, not be hand-held all the way through. I saw a video of Lara climbing the radio tower, then it says, turn knob left and right to adjust, or something like that.... I will figure it out!! We are not imbeciles, Core Design!!! Give us a little credit and let us learn the world ourselves!! Sheesh!

Oh yeah, so can you turn them off? I hate hints. And they destroy the atmosphere they have worked so hard to achieve in the game.

Look how realistic it is!! Although, I find the people look a bit like they are made of plastic, the way the light shines off their skin and their clothes. Overall, though, sometimes I forget I am looking at a computer-generated image
Thanks for posting this video. Actually I only watched snippets of it because I don't want to give away too much of the story before I get to play the game myself [hehe]

Hey tombraidergirl, the forums looks great! :thumbsup Nice work with the banner and the colour scheme and everything! I also like how the image remains behind the conversation/thread "windows". Very sharp.

The thing that I really do not like about having games tied to a Steam account (or any other account) is that, in 10 or even 20 years, when I want to go back and play them, who is to say the service provided by Steam will have survived that long? Will I no longer be able to play my games once Steam goes out of business? That's why I far prefer to get games independently of any service, which it seems nowadays is growing increasingly uncommon. But having said that, the only other games I play (Half-Life 2 series and Portal series) are on Steam [hehe]

On a different topic - I'm really excited to try this new instalment! However, I think I ought to wait until I can afford an external graphics card for my Mac Mini .. what do you guys think? Here are the specs, with the weakness being the graphics:
Processor 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5
    Memory 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics Intel HD Graphics 4000 512 MB
My opinion is that it will play the game OK at low to moderate graphics settings, but I want to play the game at maximum settings (including the cool TressFX) with a smooth framerate, so I think my graphics card my be too weak to allow this. Thanks for your thoughts.

Wow DA, these are really slick, nice work :O  I've been away so long I missed them when you posted them :/ ah I guess I should be calling you SJ now heh...

New avatars. Taken from TRU and the Fabula Nova Crystallis Final Fantasy XIII compilation. It has to be said, I am rather proud of the last avatar.

I don't know anything about FF, but they look good. And yes you have a good sense of proportion and where to crop and how to place text. I really like the middle bottom one

PS) I'm in need of an sig! I haven't got photoshop atm... :prettyplease :P

o good another nut job! :D I'm a nut job too. Nice to meet you!

I'm also the Spam King! I used to be a much better King of Spam, but these days I'm busy with other things...

I hope you will agree: :reiher: <--- he is regurgitating a camel, yes??

you can speak to me in french or in latin. I can't say latin has come in very handy for travelling

    toodaloo!

Yeah, there were a few tricky manoeuvres or enemies that took forever to figure out in this level. Sometimes I lost patience and stopped playing for a while because of it :???: Congrats on finishing :D
