Why most of people love TR's core games?

    The 90% of people I have asked, answered me that they prefered a TR core game before a TR Crystal game. I have played both types of making a TR, but I think that Core, Crystal and now, SE have differents ways to do the same: TR. Core's fans say me that those games are more difficult, better made and better designed that the others games. What do you think?

    I guess Core wouldn't have such a huge fellowship, if they were still making TR-games... Did everyone forget about Angel of Darkness, which was some kind of reboot already?
    Yes - it was unfinished, but to me it abandoned its roots far more than TR-Legend did.
