Getting unknown error message from Roblox

    Hi friends, This is Maverick, a new member on this forum. I need a serious help friends. I have been playing Roblox on my PC for a long days. But recently there is a serious problem while playing the game. I am getting this unknown error message:


    "An error was encountered during authentication. Please try again." I dont know what could be the issue. Has anyone else come across this issue before? Please help.......

    Are you using any kind of service (e.g. Steam, Epic or such)? Maybe you need to log in, confirm your email or similar.

    No, once I used Steam. Yes after getting the error, fist I reinstalled the game, but still I was getting the same error.

    But anyway I have resolved the issue with the help of this article. First I cleared the local app data and then changed the DNS. Then finally run SFC scan. After completing these methods, when I reinstalled the game and played for a while, I did not get any such kind of error code again.
