Welcome to the forums, Sarah. I think you can do the same on PS3 that you do on the 360 (I don't have a PS3 so I wouldn't know for sure), but if you go to load game, there might be automatic savegames, and you can load up the one at the start of the level and continue from there.

When I played it on the PS3, there were no autosaves. Maybe they offered a patch afterwards which creates an autosave now (as it was with the PC version), hopefully before you played it. But if not, then no, there is no way to restart the level if you did not save manually.

As far as I know there is still no patch for the PS3 which would enable auto saves as it did with the PC version.
