If it's the mouth you have to open it first, on top of it's head is a chain which opens the mouth. To get on it's head you have to do a bit of climbing and make a running jump onto the head, you should not press the action button or Lara will slide down.

I followed the walkthrough suggestion of turning on the first serpent in front, then moving around to left, but can't for the life of me get all serpents burning. What's the secret to the puzzle?

Use all the levers once and don't step on the trigger platform.

i am in the globe room, but only have one star so i can't get the other globes out... how can i get the other two??

I don't know which one you have but since two of the stars are at the same place, I guess you don't have them.

Take a look at the water tunnels sections. You have to start by climbing down into a chamber wheder you will meet the horsemen. By killing him you will gain a crystal. Use it to open a door... There you will find two stars. But look at the walkthrough, if you need a more detailed description.

thanks....but i have been swimming around so much my fingers are getting pickled. When I swim down into the big chamber the only other tunnel takes me through to where the other trap door is. I am swimming round in circles and can see no exit out of the water apart from the other trap door place where there are no stars.....two stars aren't too much to ask for are they?

There should be another passage on the side of the wall in the big water chamber.

You talk about the ground floor I assume? if so: Have you already opened other doors on the ground floor? At least 4 should already be opened, both first doors and the two doors in the middle (seen from the entrance).

Oh, it's okay now. Tried to open the wrong door
But I can't get past the serpents now. I keep re-doing it. Can anyone help with that?

To solve the riddle with the serpents you have to flip all the switches once.
