How do I use the rope???? I need to get across to this trapdoor on the level higher and higher. There is a savegame attached.

You have to running jump onto it, then swing to a spot left of the lense flare and jump at the highest point. Lara can stand on the upper part of the sloped roof.
Anyway, here is a savegame on the roof.
