Did you like the game? I did. The game play was great. I like the pistols :gun: :fechten: :fechten: Tell me what you like about tomb raider legend
How did go for you?

Everything
-
Me too.
-
Same here lol
-
everything, but my favourite is, as i've mentioned in another thread before, the costume change function! it rules!

I weren't too keen on the mansion compared to TR3, it was too lacking and restrictive, but it was ok. I think the storyline seemed a bit incomplete, lacking in longetivety, even if the time trials etc give replay value..

I haven't create any kind of expectations for this Tomb Raider, because with TR AOF I was so happy and excited and it ruined me so wrong... I really lost my fanatic passion by TR series. As I didn't want to feel that again I didn't really care about Legend, even my brother was always talking about Legend and how great it was, but I didn't believed him. And this Tomb Raider destroyed me completly in a good sense of course... It was really great, if it was little bit harder, like TRIII (I love harder TR), I'd be dead...

You seem to use an interesting vocab choice to say the least
Legends destroyed you in a good way? And you would be dead if legends was hard, assuming in a good way -

you and me against the world. I suppose it was a nice attempt at the mansion, but i really think they need to move away from what the films are doing.(Laras mansion and the mansion in the film look the same. AoD copied the first film in that her raiding suit was black instead of green top and brown short, and also the twin pistols from the film were adopted in AoD and Legends). I think they should be working more individually, and i'm disapointed at toby garb. I expected he would have created a more like the original TR game as he was the creator, where were his roots when making this game...
Although legends admittedly have rejuvinated the series..But have also changed the formula completely in doing so. -
i noticed that too it did have a massive feel of the films
-
you two are right about it being based on the film maybe too much, but i think i enjoyed the gameplay a lot this time round, it was easier to make jumps and things whereas before it seemed really difficult in the other tomb raiders. But i still prefer TR2 over all.
-
it was brilliantly made just a little on the short side
-
Yup, although it didn't feel like a tr, as a stand alone it was 9 hours of enjoyment..
-
thats also true, i loved the costume thing tho that was great
-
Yup, although i thought colour variations of the same costumes was pretty weak when they could have created different costumes in their place, although i do like some of the colour variations..

I use the word "destroyed" usually and in this situtaion I wanted to say that this game really surprise me a lot and I was competedly "wow" during the game... It's not about if it's harder or simple (by the way this game is the easiest of all), I was talking about the storyline, locations and graphics - those destroyed my arrogance... Anyway, dead I was when I played Tomb Raider The Last Revelation, which took me long time to finish and I'm an expert in TR, and Legend is very far of that...
-
yes its true to say the game did surprise lots of us i was surprised by the storyline in this one
-
I loved it =)*
-
The storyline is only half done, i feel it didn't get completed..
